• Absolute contraindications include any infection at the injection site or known hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
• Relative contraindications include neuromuscular disorders such as myasthenia gravis, Eaton-Lambert syndrome, myopathies, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Additionally, caution should be used in patients taking medications that interfere with neuromuscular transmission, such as aminoglycosides, cholinesterase inhibitors, and certain muscle relaxants.
